Q. How can I pay?
A. Credit Card We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct bank credit. We do not charge your card on confirmation of your order online, but after your order has been packed.

Cheque or money order Please send cheque or money order to: Level 7, 91 Phillip Street, Parramatta NSW 2150. Goods will be released upon receipt of cleared funds.

Q. I want to pay buy credit card but I don't like putting my credit card details online.
A. Choose the option at checkout to be called for your credit card details.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes. Our box and bagging products can be purchased at wholesale prices. We have a minimum first order purchase requirement, but after that there are no minimums. Please contact our office for more information.

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. If you place an order on a business day before 10.00am, it will be dispatched the same day. This means that if you are in the Express Post National Network for next day delivery, you will have your parcel the day after you order it. Orders placed over the weekend, will be dispatched the next business day. We have indicated below the time frames for courier delivery.

Q. What are the Postage / Delivery costs for Products?
A. Please note that all dry cleaning delivery costs are free. Only Preservation and Storage Solutions products require postage. Some of our products - Classic Box / XL Classic Box, exceed Australia Post maximum postal dimension limits and must be sent by courier delivery. Large items are flat packed to minimise risk of damage. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap then wrapped in waterproof plastic.

A. We have an office at Level 7, 91 Phillip Street, Parramatta. Please call to arrange an appointment.

We offer a free collection and delivery service across Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains.
If you are outside of these areas, we have a Regional Customer Package which we can offer you. Please contact our office to discuss individual requirements.

Gown and preservation products can be delivered to anywhere from Far North Queensland to Tasmania.
